fix: harden taints validation script with path verification and docs

- Add verification that taints/startupTaints fields exist in CRD before
  injecting CEL rules (fails fast if upstream restructures the CRD)
- Add comment documenting case-sensitivity safety (taint key pattern
  enforces lowercase, so case-insensitive RP validation is not a concern)
- Fix CRD to have exactly 1 rule per taint field (clean regeneration)
