* docs(communications): add Bot Automation for Messaging page

- Add bot-automation-for-messaging.mdx with Message Task Lifecycle and Stale Thread Reminders
- Single combined Bot for create/complete Task lifecycle; only complete when sender !== patient
- Add messageTaskLifecycleTs and subscriptionMessageTaskLifecycleTs to messaging-examples.ts
- Wire sidebar and communications index to new page
- Fix cron doc link to bot-cron-job (was bots-cron-jobs)
