cruft: update

- Migrate from Poetry to uv: build backend (hatchling), dependency
  groups, workflows, pre-commit hooks, package.json scripts,
  readthedocs, snapcraft plugin, and CONTRIBUTING.md instructions
- Delete poetry.lock, add uv.lock
- Upgrade Yarn from 4.12.0 to 4.13.0
- Add Python 3.14 to CI matrices and classifiers
- Expand Cursor and Copilot instruction files with detailed rules for
  Python, typing, Click, logging, markdown, JSON/YAML, and TOML
- Add new files: Claude agents, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, docs/badges.rst,
  release workflow
- Set GitHub releases to draft mode in all release workflows
- Add pre-commit.ci skip list and bump check-jsonschema to 0.37.0
- Update dependabot package ecosystem from pip to uv
- Remove djlint configuration
- Add Prettier overrides for .json.dist and .mdc files
- Update dictionary, VS Code settings, prettierignore, yarnrc
- Update CITATION.cff date
