Regenerate managed files after Wiswa template and defaults changes.

- Update agent files with improved documentation and examples
- Add ci skill cruft update rules
- Rework AppImage/PyInstaller workflows for single-binary mode
  with include_only, vcpkg support, and configurable collect args
- Add release workflow with sorted watched workflows
- Add Snap workflow and snapcraft.yaml
- Add pre-commit ci: section with skip list
- Update instruction files (generic logger name in examples)
- Remove djlint from dev dependencies
- Drop platform markers handled by wiswa defaults
- Update .wiswa.jsonnet with want_claude, include_only,
  collect_data, collect_submodules, vcpkg, and uv_sync_args
- Bump dependency versions (ruff, types-yt-dlp)
