* fix: regenerate package-lock.json for rollup native bindings

* fix: regenerate package-lock.json to sync conventional-commits-filter

* revert: undo external dependency bumps causing CI failures

Reverts sharp, @commitlint, typescript, rollup lockfile changes.
The rollup platform-specific binary issue with npm optional deps
is not worth the risk for minor/patch bumps.
