* docs: close 38 trifecta audit gaps across all 5 spec sets

Systematic traceability audit found 60 specification drift findings across
gateway, node, modem, protocol crate, and BLE pairing tool document sets.
This commit resolves 38 of those findings and adds the audit reports.

Gateway (4/7 fixed):
- Add §17 BLE Pairing Protocol Handler covering GW-1200–GW-1222
- Add Admin API and BLE Pairing rows to §3.1 module table
- Add GW-0800–GW-0806 refs to §13, GW-1100 to §4.2

Node (7/11 fixed):
- Fix §14/§4.1 boot sequence: three-path per ND-0900, not two-path
- Replace \\sleep indefinitely\\ with BLE pairing mode
- Add §15.7 PEER_REQUEST/PEER_ACK sub-protocol (ND-0909–ND-0915)
- Add 18 missing ND-ID refs to §12, §15, §3.1
- Add T-N402/T-N403 specs, cross-sleep step to T-N305

Modem (8/13 fixed):
- Update §1 overview: bidirectional → tri-directional bridge
- Add BLE modules to architecture diagram and §3.1 table
- Add §15 BLE pairing relay covering MD-0400–MD-0414
- Add MD-0208/MD-0209 requirements for error handling
- Fix T-0400/T-0401/T-0500 traceability, add T-0304 watchdog test

Protocol (5/14 fixed):
- Add \\Validates:\\ fields to all 60 test cases
- Add §6.3 \\command_type\\ consistency invariant
- Add §5.5 \\key_hint_from_psk()\\ utility
- Enhance T-P038 with byte-level CBOR key assertions
- Add traceability note in validation §1

BLE Pairing Tool (6/15 fixed):
- Add PT-1002 timeout and PT-0300 Just Works rejection to design
- Document PT-0405/PT-0902 overlap in requirements
- Add architecture and meta-requirement traceability notes
- Add PT-1100 primitive coverage table
