* docs: update whitepaper to v1.1 with Drawbridge and Lightning

- Add Drawbridge as a core component (Section 4.2)
- Add Lightning Payments section (8.6): publish-lightning, zap protocol
  with accurate DID and LUD-16 flows per lightning-zap-sequence.md
- Add L402 API Gateway section (8.7): protocol flow, macaroon auth,
  API monetization model
- Add Tor hidden service nodes to network topology (Section 11)
- Add micropayments and API monetization use case (Section 12.6)
- Update comparison table with Lightning, L402, and Tor rows
- Update conclusion with new innovation items
- Fix Quick Start: export-wallet → backup-wallet-file, remove
  incorrect credential example and inaccurate API reference appendix
- Bump version to v1.1

* docs: move scheme.md and did-lifecycle.png to doc/ root

Remove the now-empty doc/01-protocol/ directory and its Docusaurus
category file.

* docs: remove stale Docusaurus content (README.mdx, 02-server, 03-clients)

These directories contained outdated Docusaurus-formatted docs from
an earlier documentation system. The current docs live in doc/ as
plain markdown (WHITEPAPER.md, deployment.md, scheme.md, etc.).

* docs: add index.md landing page and .nojekyll for GitHub Pages

* docs: remove .nojekyll to enable Jekyll markdown rendering on GitHub Pages
