* refactor: remove ua-parser and mobiledetect dependencies

DeviceDetector already covers all browser, OS, and device detection
that UAParser and MobileDetect provided. Removing these two redundant
dependencies reduces install size and simplifies the pipeline from
five stages to three: CrawlerDetect → DeviceDetector → BrowserDetect.

DeviceDetector now always extracts browser/platform info (even for
bots), but still skips device-type classification for bot user agents.

* chore: remove unused .dockerignore

* docs: add fork maintainer to LICENSE copyright

* remove md
