Tatsh 
project: add top-level deltona CLI wrapping all commands

Adds a lazy-loading Click group so all commands can be invoked as
`deltona <subcommand>`. Standalone entry points remain. PyInstaller
and AppImage workflows now build a single binary per architecture.
