Enhancements to the Plugins functionality (#24)

* Added support for 'rabbitmq-plugins' command.
* Added information about executing generic commands as well as hints towards using the command helpers.
* Execution of 'rabbitmq-plugins' is more friendly now.
 List output is parsed and grouped
 Enabling/Disabling/Listing is a blocking call.
* RabbitMqConfig now defines which ProcessExecutorFactory should be used.
* Making use of the blocking calls to control Plugins
* Separated plugin list and groupedList
