Commit Message

Fix struct alignment and lint across packages

Normalize struct field and comment alignment in quality, search,
settings, timeline, and page packages. Use errors.New instead of
fmt.Errorf for static error strings in gate_test. Add blank lines
before naked returns per project style. Remove trailing newline
in cascade.go.
