* feat(firmware): emit git commit SHA at boot

Both node and modem firmware now log the short git commit SHA
at startup, making it easy to identify which build is running.

- Add `SONDE_GIT_COMMIT` env injection in both `build.rs` files
  via `git rev-parse --short HEAD`, with `rerun-if-changed` on
  `.git/HEAD` so it updates on new commits
- Modem: `sonde-modem firmware starting (commit <sha>)`
- Modem: MODEM_READY log now includes `commit=<sha>`
- Node: `sonde-node booting (commit <sha>)`
- Falls back to `unknown` when git is unavailable
