:bug: Fix SQS event source status() swallowing all ClientErrors (#1317) (#1436)

EventSourceMappingMixin.status() caught all ClientError exceptions and
returned None, masking AccessDeniedException. This caused add_event_source()
to think the mapping didn't exist and attempt a duplicate create, which
failed with ResourceConflictException.

Now only catches ResourceNotFoundException and re-raises all others.
