feat: stream file uploads/downloads in gatekeeper-client KeymasterUI

Replace FileReader.readAsArrayBuffer + keymaster.createFile/updateFile
with direct fetch streaming to /api/v1/ipfs/stream, matching the pattern
used in react-wallet and browser-extension. Download URLs now point to
the stream endpoint instead of /ipfs/data. Adds video/* to accepted types.
