chore: optimize Kamal deployments (8 min → ~2 min warm) (#15)

* chore: use remote builder to eliminate QEMU cross-compilation

Adds `remote: ssh://deploy@45.76.237.124` to both Kamal configs so
Docker builds run natively on the amd64 VPS instead of emulating amd64
on Apple Silicon via QEMU. Eliminates the primary bottleneck (3-5x
speed penalty from emulation).

- Remove nodejs from build deps (DartSass uses a standalone binary)
- Add apt cache mounts to both build and runtime stages so packages
  are not re-downloaded on cache misses
- Consolidate two bootsnap precompile RUN calls into one pass
