CNV-81798: V1 API: Group the virtualization configuration fields under the new `spec.virtualization` field (#4100)

* Group the virtualization configuration fields under the new `spec.virtualization` field

In v1beta1, the following fields are directly under spec. In v1, they moved
under the new spec.virtualization field:
* liveMigrationConfig
* permittedHostDevices
* mediatedDevicesConfiguration
* workloadUpdateStrategy
* obsoleteCPUs:
   * The field is renamed to obsoleteCPUModels
   * The field type changed to a list of strings, and the content is the
     v1beta1's obsoleteCPUs.cpuModels field.
* evictionStrategy
* virtualMachineOptions (See below for changes to this field)
* higherWorkloadDensity
* liveUpdateConfiguration
* ksmConfiguration
* roleAggregationStrategy
* hypervisors
* resourceRequirements.vmiCPUAllocationRatio
* resourceRequirements.autoCPULimitNamespaceLabelSelector

VirtualMachineOptions
In v1beta1, the following fields are directly under spec. In v1, they moved
under the spec.virtualization.virtualMachineOptions field:
* defaultCPUModel
* defaultRuntimeClass

* Add conversion of the new `spec.virtualization` field

from and to v1beta1 spec fields.

If a v1 and a v1beta1 virtualization's fields are identical,
use the v1 field in v1beta1 and remove the original field, to ease the
conversion.
