feat: add X-Cache header to cache middleware (#126)

Add X-Cache response header indicating cache hit/miss status.
  Header name is configurable via CacheStatusHeader option (default: X-Cache).
  Set CacheStatusHeader to empty string to disable.
  Also adds cache_redis example demonstrating Redis store implementation.
