Prevent shell loop exit on user interrupt or specific exceptions

- Modified JLineShellConsole.readCommand() to return an empty string
  instead of null when a UserInterruptException (Ctrl+C) occurs and
  the user chooses not to quit.
- Ensured that an empty string is returned when an IllegalStateException
  occurs with a null message, preventing premature shell termination.
