fix(ci): Use modern .rtmx/ layout in screenshot demo project

The demo project used legacy layout (rtmx.yaml at root), triggering
the deprecation banner and migration prompt in screenshots. Switch to
.rtmx/ directory layout and suppress deprecation notice.
