feat(api,ui): update submission fields to include plot_id and metadata

Replace plot_name with plot_id from kobo_id across list serializer and UI.
Add start, end, reviewed_by, and area_ha fields for additional metadata.
Remove enumerator, submission_time, and submitted_by fields.
