Reduce solr calls when determining if a record has a marcxml record (#5689)

* Reduce solr calls when determining if a record has a marcxml record

Prior to this commit, we did a solr call for each SCSB-* record in
the search results page, and multiple solr calls on the show page
to determine whether a SCSB record has a marcxml.

This commit does a new approach: we add the marcxml field to the
solr fl, so we can use the solr document that we already fetched
to check the marcxml field.
