feat: Signal-scoped event subject fields

Add signal:"..." struct tag for event subject fields to bind
event subject segments to client-side Datastar signals.
This allows implementing instance/tab identification and implementing
the typical Datastar CQRS architecture.

- Subject fields now accept string (singular) or []string.
- Pages can mix private, signal-scoped, and public events
