Rename CI workflow main->test_build_deploy

When I see 'main' in the circleci app I think I've pushed to 'main'.
Despite this project's primary branch being called 'master' I know work
on enough repos with 'main' as the primary that it always gives me a
mild panic that I've managed to push my patch directly rather than via a
pr. This change will stop those panics.
