* chore(deps): remove unused jose dependency

jose is no longer imported anywhere in the codebase.

* fix: resolve biome 2.4.7 lint errors

Sort named export specifiers alphabetically in shadcn/ui components
to comply with the new organizeImports behavior in Biome 2.4.7,
and replace non-null assertions with safe alternatives in utils.test.ts.
