fix(docs): correct relative link path in VDR manage tutorial

The relative link to documentation/develop/cloud-agent/vdr used 3
parent traversals (../../../) but needs 4 (../../../../) to reach
the docs repo root from cloud-agent/docs/docusaurus/vdr/.
