Commit Message

VPI v3 migration changes

- Must specify field list to return values for intended consumption
- Let's have a default order instead of... whatever.
- `.parents` just returns an Array of String
- Just in case we don't get a date value, failover to `DateTime.new` to
  avoid strftime failue in the template.

Previously, returned files looked like:
