build: update workflows and dependencies for latest actions and modules

**Changed:**

- Updated GitHub Actions workflows to use `actions/checkout@v4` and `actions/setup-go@v5` for both `baseline.yaml` and `srp.yaml` to ensure compatibility with latest actions
- Replaced deprecated `docker-compose` command with `docker compose` in test environment setup and teardown functions for improved compatibility - `cmd/testEnv.go`
- Upgraded `github.com/gliderlabs/ssh` from v0.3.5 to v0.3.7 and `github.com/stretchr/testify` from v1.8.4 to v1.9.0, and updated `golang.org/x/term` from v0.17.0 to v0.19.0 in `go.sum` for dependency freshness and security

**Removed:**

- Pruned obsolete dependency versions from `go.sum` to reduce clutter and avoid conflicts with updated modules
