docs: document Machine API validation workarounds in code comments

Add structured WORKAROUND comment blocks explaining two tribal-knowledge
patterns in the Machine API integration path: taint redirection to
nodeInitializationTaints (bypassing system-mode hard taint restrictions)
and label sanitization (stripping kubernetes.azure.com/* and kubelet-managed
labels before the API call). Each block documents WHY the workaround exists,
WHAT it does, the RISK if server-side validation changes, and related
tracking efforts. Also expands the taint sanitization TODO with context
linking it to the nodeInitializationTaints workaround.
