feat: Add Firefox extension support

Eliminate chrome.offscreen dependency by merging offscreen message
handlers (passphrase cache, state storage, message relay) into the
background script. This makes the extension compatible with both
Chrome and Firefox from a single codebase.

- Add Firefox manifest with background.scripts and gecko settings
- Add webpack.firefox.js build config
- Add build:chrome and build:firefox npm scripts
- Remove offscreen entry point from webpack and manifest
