test(sample/27): add e2e tests for scheduling sample

Add e2e tests to the scheduling sample application:

- Test that TasksService is resolved from the application context
- Test that cron jobs are registered via SchedulerRegistry
- Test that intervals are registered via SchedulerRegistry
- Test that timeouts are registered via SchedulerRegistry
- Add jest-e2e.json configuration for the test runner
- Update test:e2e script in package.json to use jest config
