test(sample/17): add e2e tests for mvc-fastify sample

Add e2e tests to the MVC Fastify (Handlebars) sample application:

- Test that GET / renders the index template with the expected
  hello message using the Fastify view engine with Handlebars
- Uses FastifyAdapter matching the sample's runtime configuration
- Add jest-e2e.json configuration for the test runner
- Update test:e2e script in package.json to use jest config
