test(sample/20): add e2e tests for cache sample

Add e2e tests to the cache sample application:

- Test that GET / returns the expected data and that subsequent
  requests return the same cached response
- Validates CacheInterceptor integration with the endpoint
- Add jest-e2e.json configuration for the test runner
- Update test:e2e script in package.json to use jest config
