test(sample/18): add e2e tests for context sample

Add e2e tests to the standalone application context sample:

- Test that AppService is resolved from the application context
  and returns the expected value
- Test that the dynamic provider registered via MyDynamicModule
  is correctly resolved using app.select()
- Add jest-e2e.json configuration for the test runner
- Update test:e2e script in package.json to use jest config
