test(sample/21): add e2e tests for serializer sample

Add e2e tests to the serializer sample application:

- Test that GET / returns the serialized user entity with the
  expected shape (id, firstName, lastName, fullName, role)
- Test that the @Exclude decorator properly removes the password
  field from the response
- Validates @Expose (computed fullName) and @Transform (role name
  extraction) decorators behavior
- Add jest-e2e.json configuration for the test runner
- Update test:e2e script in package.json to use jest config
