test(sample/25): add e2e tests for dynamic-modules sample

Add e2e tests to the dynamic-modules sample application:

- Test that GET / returns the hello message loaded from the
  config file via the dynamically registered ConfigModule
- Add jest-e2e.json configuration for the test runner
- Update test:e2e script in package.json to use jest config
