test(sample/28): add e2e tests for sse sample

Add e2e tests to the SSE (Server-Sent Events) sample application:

- Test that GET / returns HTML content with correct content type
- Test that GET /sse returns an event stream and emits SSE events
  with the expected data payload
- Add jest-e2e.json configuration for the test runner
- Update test:e2e script in package.json to use jest config
