test: Add 742 SMART tests from Coverage Agents ZIP (#251)

- Add 91 new test files in tests/smart/ directories
- Add 6 missing autonomous modules (zap_integration, trivy_integration, etc.)
- Create test fixtures for 35 tools
- Fix syntax error in test_kimi_cli_smart.py
- Tests: 742 collected, ~100+ passing
