fix: group golangci-lint with Go version updates in Renovate config (#4048)

## Summary

- Groups `golangci-lint` with `go` in the Renovate `go-version` package
rule so they are always updated in the same PR.
- This prevents CI lint failures caused by `golangci-lint` being built
with an older Go version than the one targeted by the project (see
[#4046](https://github.com/elastic/cloudbeat/pull/4046) where
`golangci-lint 2.4.0` built with Go 1.25 fails against Go 1.26.1).

## Test plan

- [ ] Verify Renovate creates a single grouped PR the next time either
`go` or `golangci-lint` has an update available.
- [ ] Confirm the lint CI check passes when both are updated together.
