Commit Message

Replace deprecated shell.open with tauri-plugin-opener

Adds tauri-plugin-opener as a dependency and uses OpenerExt::open_url
in the tray menu handler instead of the deprecated ShellExt::open.
Also fixes tauri_plugin_updater to use Builder::new().build() instead
of the non-existent init() function.
