CI: bump github actions scripts versions, close #320

LuaBridge kept at "2.9" tag
The "2.10" with current integration is causing hard crash upon write to
read-only property, instead of receiving lua error.

Could be just wrong integration, although this happens also with Lua
built as C, so not sure. In any case, not going to tamper with
integration right now (just for the sake of updating LuaBridge). Will
deal with it when the update of Lua Bridge will be required.
