test(rss-lettuce): fix port 7000 conflict on macOS and improve cluster tests

- Resolve port 7000 conflict on macOS (AirPlay Receiver) by using dynamic port mapping for Redis Cluster tests.
- Switch to GenericContainer with grokzen/redis-cluster:6.2.1 for lightweight and reliable cluster emulation.
- Implement SocketAddressResolver to handle NAT/port mapping issues in Docker environments, ensuring Lettuce correctly identifies cluster topology.
- Add WaitingStrategy to ensure tests only start after the Redis Cluster state is confirmed as 'ok'.
- Update Default and Primary/Replica tests to use GenericContainer with dynamic ports for better isolation and consistency.
- Upgrade testcontainers-redis-enterprise to 2.2.4 for enhanced Redis Enterprise support.
