fix traces panel crash in Grafana >=10.2 and redesign tracing dashboard

- Group spans by traceID into separate DataFrames to prevent Grafana's
  critical path computation from crashing on mixed-trace DataFrames
- Convert spanID/parentSpanID to strings to handle ClickHouse UInt64
  values exceeding Number.MAX_SAFE_INTEGER
- Fix field types for tags/serviceTags (use 'other' instead of 'number')
- Redesign flamegraph_and_tracing_support dashboard following the
  grafana/clickhouse-datasource pattern: Trace Search table with data
  links + single-trace Trace Detail panel with template variable
- Add trace_id template variable querying system.opentelemetry_span_log
- Update tests to verify per-traceID grouping and string conversion
