fix: remove unsupported unlimited body logging option (#87)

Update MaxBodySize comment to clarify that 0 disables body logging
  and remove the misleading "-1 for unlimited" documentation. The
  default remains 1KB (1024 bytes).

  Config, code, and tests are now aligned on behavior:
  - 0 = disabled
  - Positive values = byte limit
  - No unlimited support
