* chore(sdk): prettier

* Simplify EIP712Encoder input by merging layout and typeHashes into single Struct

* Remove AbiDecoder dependency from EIP712Encoder and walk ABI-encoded calldata directly

* Remove unused AbiDecoder library, MockDecoder, and their tests
