fix: strip OpenSSL text dump from PEM accessors

getCACertificatePEM() and getCRLPEM() now extract only the
PEM block from the raw file content, stripping any OpenSSL
human-readable text dump that precedes it.

On Linux/Mac, OpenSSL generates CA cert and CRL files with
a text dump prefix (Certificate:\n  Data:...) before the
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- marker. On Windows this prefix
is absent. The fix handles both platforms.
