Enhance Omnia API authentication and update documentation (#25)

* feat: send JWT Bearer token in Omnia API requests

Add imio.helpers as a dependency and use get_auth_token() from
imio.helpers.ws to include an Authorization: Bearer <token> header
in all requests made to the Omnia/IPA API via BaseIAView.headers.
The token guard (isinstance check) handles error cases where
get_auth_token() returns a requests.Response instead of a string.
