Add short aliases for list subcommands (#798)

* Add singular and short aliases for list subcommands

Allow `nsc list operator`, `nsc list account`, `nsc list user`, and
`nsc list key` as aliases for their plural counterparts. Also adds
single-letter shortcuts (o, a, u, k).
