Remove log warning on archive hash collision

Pickysaurus has reported that it's very spammy for Vortex users, so it seems more common than I realised. This does mean that collisions will go unreported, but the impact of collisions within this function is just that the asset count for a plugin is smaller than it should be, which may impact sorting behaviour, but it's probably pretty unlikely and can be overridden using metadata.
