fix: Properly save/restore IRQ state with hardware spinlocks.

The pico-sdk spin_lock_blocking() disables interrupts and returns the previous state, which MUST be passed to spin_unlock() to restore them correctly. This fix prevents interrupt state leakage on RP2040.
