fix(deps): update and clean up NuGet packages

This commit updates dependency versions and removes unused
package references to streamline the project dependencies.

- Update Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp to 5.3.0 in Aspectus.Tests.csproj
- Update Microsoft.Extensions.Logging to 10.0.4 in Aspectus.Tests.csproj
- Remove System.Threading.Tasks.Parallel, System.IO.FileSystem, and System.Runtime.Loader from Aspectus.csproj
